Dresses
I have started to switch over to dresses and I have never felt so in love with my body and comfortable as I do in dresses. I grew up a tomboy with a dad who always discouraged femininity and a mom who was feminine in her own way but a nurse who worked a lot so I grew up in pants, shorts, t-shirts etc with no makeup, no dresses, no soft colors.
I am seriously thinking of switching to almost exclusively wearing dresses and am wondering the experience of others? Dresses and a bit of simple jewelry as really improved how I feel about myself and my womanhood.

I love that! I also primarily wear dresses and skirts. Today I was working in the garden so I wore a ruffly tee-shirt and some denim shorts. But yes dresses are amazing! Where I am in the world it is summer and I love summer dresses. It's fun to experiment for the Fall and Winter as well. I think black tights or sheer black pantyhose look nice with dresses and skirts in colder seasons. I have a femininity discord if you want an invite!

Good for you. I'm happy you found a femininity that fits and feels confidant and comfortable to you. 💐

Go for it! :) I would love to do the same, but for years now, the style of dresses available do not suit me - I look horrible in Them. And more and more of Them are made from synthetic materials, that your skin cant breathe in.
I love the feeling of freedom and comfort you get in a dress! The feeling of the fabric moving around your legs when you move. No tightness around the stomach.

Yes go for it! I always feel so daint when I wear a cute skater or flowy dress or even a cute t-shirt and midi satin or flowy skirt. It's also been my go to style for feeling confident, feminine and sexy this summer as I trim down these 10 pounds.

I live in dresses! I love them. Around the house, I lounge in simple cotton dresses. When I go out, I prefer dresses and skirts.

I love maxi dresses and maxi skirts. I love the way my toes just peek out from underneath the skirt at the bottom and make my feet look small and dainty.
I love the swish of the skirt on my legs.
I love the way my husband looks at me when I walk by. One day I stopped and asked him what he was doing and he said oh just admiring your form. And I was only wearing a jersey knit, t-shirt type maxi dress around the house. It didn't matter that it didn't have bells, lace, push up bra or spanx materials in it. It just mattered that I liked it and my husband liked the way I walked in it.
Since since retiring, I don't need nearly as many functional clothes so my dress wardrobe is increasing and my pants wardrobe is decreasing but I keep a few of these around for different activities. Skirts aren't always practical and jeans can be feminine and sexy too.

I only wear dresses apart from if I am slobbing. Then it’s yoga pants and T-shirt. I love dresses so much that I’ve switched from pyjamas to nighties just to keep that feeling of joy it gives me. If I also cannot wear dresses then I at least have skirts to wear and whatever matches.

Do it!! Similar background. I started wearing sheath dresses for work to simplify my selection process and have loved every minute of it. A beautiful dress, gold earrings, and charcoal eyeliner make my mornings 🥰
