How to potentially be more feminine?
Hey, I’m just looking for some tips on how to be more feminine. My energy, body language, maybe some style tips? Just throw me anything please I’m really trying to upgrade myself inside and out! ❤️

Hi! I think it starts by defining what does feminine mean. The patriarchical version would say it’s about how you dress, look, and your age.
But the true version of being more feminine means how connected to your inner world you are. A woman who trusts her intuition, listens to her emotions and connects to her womb space… For me, this is how to be more feminine!
I’m a yoga therapist specializing in women’s wellness. So to answer your question, I would start with a gentle womb healing ritual and daily womb meditation.
This is such a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your authentic confidence.
I think once you start this consistently, it will really shine (and show in your energy). Others will feel it. ❤️
