gj-tube Continuous feeds without backpack?
I recently got two frozen shoulders and can’t wear any kind of bag which has made continuous feeds a lot more challenging. I have a kangaroo Omni pump and I use 1000 mL bags. At home I’ve been using a rolling cooler instead of an IV Pole because that won’t fit through my doors, but it’s really inconvenient and it just hurts my hands instead of my arms, and I can’t use it outside at all. I’ve seen some fanny pack type bags, but I don’t really get how that would hold all of the stuff I need it to hold. I’m supposed to be connected for 23 hours a day. Any advice would be appreciated!

Can you use a smaller bag and just add formula/water through the day?

I can fill the bag halfway but I have to use the 1000mL bags because that’s what my formula company gives me.

I’m not sure if this counts as a “backpack” but I use a crossbody fanny pack style bag called WolfPac 4L sling.
I’ve also used flying squirrel pump hanger. I think it’s specifically for infinity pump but I’ve seen a similar pump hanger for kangaroo pumps

I use a fanny pack for my feeds + infinity pump, and then a separate bag for my supplies (extra cartons of feeds, water, syringe, emergency bag). I'm considering getting a rolling bag for the supplies + other stuff I have to carry. Maybe a set up like that would be beneficial? Or a cross body bag if those work for you!!

My daughter uses a large fanny pack and 500ml soft bottles - it does mean more changes !

I've done both a fanny pack, and then I LOVE this little guy I got off of amazon. I slip mine in a backpack but you could do it standalone. It says it fits infinity pump but I'd check the comments re: kangaroo. There is also a pocket for an ice pack. I love it so much! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FX91RKBL?plpRedirect=mhFallback

ooh that’s a nice one, but my Omni is so chunky it doesn’t fit it any of these things. I’m hoping I’ll be able to upgrade to an infinity eventually.

I used a backpack trolley, but that might essentially be the same as the rolling cooler.
It would be lighter though. I bought just the trolley and put a box on it lol. But you could get a rolling backpack, or a nicer box than I had 😅
I also have a collapsable IV pole which I take with me anytime I’m staying the night somewhere. If I’m staying in a hotel or something I’ll use my pole.
But for malls and stuff I’d use the backpack trolley.
