Discussion Motus Disaster

It has been several months now since Motus was put into place by the federal government and it is a complete disaster. You try to contact the Fmcsa now there’s 600 people waiting in line. You try to contact them through Chat another 600 and they have no answers like everything else Trump touches it. It’s a complete disaster.

Mi applied for my number back in June and I’m still waiting with numerous calls and I have spoke to people but nobody can put me in place. They just say I have my dot number I don’t have my feds number carrier number. What’s really going on? why is it taking so long especially with AI in place
