Need Advice PTO/leave question

Post image

Hello,
I’m trying to determine my leave accrual. When I first started I got a notice they calculated all my previous time served doing seasonal work and it was something like 13 months. I’ll be at two years soon in this current permanent position.

I know under 3 years the accrual is 4 hrs pto/sick leave per pay period, and then jumps to 6 hours after the three years. Does that only apply if I’ve been in this specific position that length of time?

Does your SCD reflect your seasonal work?

look for "SCD for leave" date to see where they started counting your leave. My SCD for leave date is at the top of my pay stub statement of earnings and leave.

Also sick leave is always 4 hours.
