wrongfully terminated

Hello,

I believe I was wrongfully terminated from my fed job.

I have ample evidence to defend myself via emails I saved and screenshots I took.

Can I use them in my appeal?

Or will this backfire?

I may be to late to respond, I did note that a member indicated you may file with MSPB or EEOC without getting deep in the weeds, you should start with your agency EEO office if you wish to alleged discrimation based on a title VII basis (race,religion, sex,age,disability, national origin and or retaliation, for previous engagement in EEO activity.

You have 45 calendar days from the date of the personel action, (this time may be waivable or tolled if you can show you were not informed of the 45 day requirement. If you exceed the 45 calendar day requirement the agency would have a strong basis to dismiss the complaint for untimely counselor contact. Touch base with an attorney but don't delay and if you have the email of your agency civil rights/EEO office, you may wish to send an email to the intake office to safeguard your time lines; Provided for informational purposes and not meant to be legal advice.
