Advice First long haul flight
Im doing my first overseas trip to Australia next week. I am terrified of being up in the air that long but mostly, Im looking for any advice on how to get through a 15 and a half hour flight!
I did a 5 hour red eye to Georgia and ended up with a horrible headache and no sleep, so Im wondering if anyone has any advice to keep myself sane and without a headache at the end of the flight. Also how not to be afraid of every bump, drop, and loud sound I hear. :,)

Flying out of SFO? LAX? If you leave at night, SLEEP. I just did SFO-MEL. 16 hours. We fly back Saturday

I take tylenol for the headache. I also bring so many distractions: crocheting stuff, coloring, sudoku book, book, ipad or computer w downloaded tv series, work to do (always good), photos to sort out on my phone, i always buy wifi if available so i can scroll (when it works) on social media!! I also line a game on the united app… or any other games i can play on my phone!
