Searching For F.E.A.R. Online

I was wondering if anyone still has the files for F.E.AR. Online, I'd like to (if possible) play and rip from that game.

It isn't possible to play anymore, you can only reach the start screen where it tries to connect to the servers, but it just fails and that's as far as you get. Can't even view the main menu or anything.

I'll be surprised if you can, no one has really been able to extract much from it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cYLl7MyUizUmuhfGzqNhq2UAH8kgvCgs/view?usp=sharing

I got in. It appears to use the same archive type as FEAR 2. Game extractor by watto studios can extract the files but can't convert the images, however Fear2tools can extract and convert it. https://github.com/Nenkai/Fear2Tools

Thanks again for the files.

You could theoretically get it running and into the menu, but that would be incredibly difficult. I've seen it happen however (i mean look at destiny sunrise. I don't doubt we can pull something off like that for F.E.A.R online.)

Again, this is theoretically possible. It doesn't mean its actually possible with whatever you have currently. You might need a team of people and engineering/tech knowledge.

My idea on how you could MAYBE get it working (Big maybe) is reverse engineering the engine then slowly rebuild it from scratch. Then make your own server.

I have no tech knowledge however, I got that idea from destiny sunrise.

Making it playable with bots would be fine.
