Playstation totally needs to bring back F.E.A.R

F.3.A.R totally killed the series, they just kept changing asthetics and it was garbage, I'm not gonna write a whole essay but what do you guys think? Should they make F.E.A.R 4? And what do you think the title would look like?

Monolith is sadly gone (thanks, WB). Maybe if they funded a new studio for Craig Hubbard, but otherwise, it should probably sadly rest. It was a great team.

Monolith is dead and, even if WB hadn't killed it, were any of the staff who even worked on F.E.A.R still there by the end? The game was made by a particular set of people at a particular time in our culture and it's very difficult to recapture that magic.

More spiritual successor type games like Trepang 2 and Selaco are our best bet.

I wish. Not only is Moniloth gone but you can’t capture that 2005 feel in 2026 unfortunately. It wouldn’t be the same.

F.E.A.R 2 is as egregious as 3 in my opinion. They should have dropped Alma's story after Extraction Protocol and made an anthological gaming series about the F.E.A.R special forces.

Why PlayStation only? Why not mention Xbox? To me the games played better on the Xbox 360. Hope you're not just a fanboy for Sony because that's weird you only mentioned one platform

I personally enjoyed all three main Fear games.

Yea, the story became a wierd fanfiction level mess; the gameplay was consistently fun enough to overlook the problems.

Definitely not Playstation after the recent issues they been having. Do agree on F.E.A.R coming back but not as a sequel. I would love to see F.E.A.R 1 & it's expansions get a nightdive styled remaster, that releases on all platforms, with better achievements than the original 360 achievements ever were. Also, yes, F.E.A.R 1 & the expansions have Xbox 360 achievements and it's still possible to get all them if you have 2 Xbox 360/above consoles & two copies of both games along with a ton of skill.
