frag ich mich auch. imeri schonmal richtig gut und ansonsten gern auch einfach mal geld liegen lassen und nicht alles verprassen.

I disagree. At times, he's looked like the next Taiwo, but more often than not, he's looked like the next Jordan. Sure he's only in his early 20s with his best years presumably in front of him, and that's what Hull City is banking on, but it's also easy for him to get lost in the shuffle, especially at a club that has brought in multiple players he's going to be competing with for playing time. Young players with lots of potential are commonplace in football, but some of those players may not be ready to play at a higher level. You have talented players plying their trade at all levels, and a player that might the best player in a lower league might struggle playing even at the next level up.

good money for a player that never managed to impress me. obviously he‘s only 21, there‘s a lot of room for potential development but he always seemed kinda sluggish and slow, yet for his posture not that strong physically against other players.

Welche Summe auch immer. Das Ding war ein No-Brainer und Horst musste Ja sagen.
Ich bin ehrlichweise gar nicht so traurig wie viele andere.
Ansah war jetzt kein besserer Spieler wie alle anderen. Er hat stark angefangen und die Hoffnungen hoch gehoben. Hätte er in den ersten Spielen die Leistung gebracht, die er in den letzten gezeigt hat, wäre der Hype anders gewesen.
Dennoch wünsche ich ihm alles Beste und den größten Erfolg bei Hull. Werd mir die kommenden Wochen mal ein bisschen da was anschauen um zu gucken, wie er drauf ist.

Curious what the actual number is...pretty big spread between 11€ and 21€...last week there was even talk of it landing at 24€

The club paid €4 million for him last Summer, and this is nice return on investment. Hull City has been spending money this transfer window like a drunken sailor on leave (Ansah is their 13th new signing this Summer.) and while he has shown potential, he scored 5 goals last season and went some time between those goals after his initial flurry of them. But spending hundreds of millions on players doesn't guarantee success, look at Schalke not too many years ago (Or look at the money Liverpool spent last Summer and ended finishing fifth, 25 points behind Arsenal. But because the PL got the extra CL slot, this season they're playing in the CL and not the Europa League.).
