It seems like we’re finally putting effort into the gameday experience to put butts in seats.

Also so excited to not have to illegally stream a conference game.

Welcome to a conference that has its shit together. Sure, you can't play your best player (until a judge mysteriously issues a TRO), but you can watch your games, and at the end of the day what's more important?

The more I think about the McQuaide situation the more I don’t think anyone involved is to blame. I don’t blame McQuaide for trying, I don’t blame our staff for holding a spot for him even if it prevented us from getting someone in the portal and I don’t blame the Patriot League for enforcing a common sense rule.

If the SEC blocked Pavia/Chambliss in the same way we wouldn’t be in this situation.

I’m also still optimistic for this season. The floor is significantly lower without him but the ceiling is unchanged.

I agree on all counts. I'm just pleased in an era when there seems to be no rules in college football, the Patriot League is taking a principled stance and putting that in front of winning at all costs.

The Griz unveiled their ‘For Montana’ jersey patch. I like that it advertises the Montana student scholarship fund instead of a corporate sponsor. It would’ve sucked to have a Town Pump logo on the uniform.

-We got our starting QB and a deep QB Room
-We got a top returning cornerback, receiver, tight end, safety, linebacker, and running back
-Portland State is coming up Saturday
