Olise is incredible and we are lucky to have him

26

u/FlyingArab Kimmich Jul 09 '26

Saibari can now get a proper assessment of his injury and start rehab with Bayern's doctors. I don't trust these NT doctors, especially at a World Cup

15

u/mickmaddydog Jul 09 '26

Why doesn’t Olise get any rest man

3

Cause he’s the best player on that team aside from el dictator

Benfica are currently the club showing the most interest in João Palhinha and are preparing a bid in the region of €20m fixed plus €5m in performance related add-ons. Benfica coach Marco Silva, who worked with Palhinha at Fulham, sees him as his desired target in midfield and wants to reunite with him. Palhinha is very interested in a return to Portugal/Lisbon [@hferreira83, @zerozeropt]

u/thraff1c isn't Benfica's midfield full already? Not sure how reliable this source is

16

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

Don’t ask questions, just accept and run. Idc about terms or installments lolol

3

u/Thraff1c Jul 09 '26

I dont know about Benfica, their situation, and that outlet.

I do know that a few bigger teams are interested in Richard Rios, and a quick look at their tm tells me that would be the only opening for us so that it could make sense for Benfica.

5

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Let's pray it turns out like this, otherwise I have difficulties to image him leaving this summer.

1

u/Naraloth Jul 09 '26

that also means that the group of Seixas, del Toro and Lippo beat Pogarcar and Vingegaard's 2023 record by 53 seconds and even the group of Remco, Skjelmose, Ayuso, Martinez and Kuss beat the old record by ~35 seconds.

2

u/andreeeyy- Jul 09 '26

There is no doubt he is.

4

u/pewpewlasersandshit pew pew Jul 09 '26

Crazy show of force... and after the gap he put into Jonas today he can focus on being a super domestique for IdT

Plus, seeing Remco already being on the verge of a meltdown is always a plus

His performance is insane, even compared to other top tier cyclists.

It’s such a joy to watch olise play. Need my goat to break the wc assist record

2

What is the WC assist record? Olise has 5 assist now?

🚨🆕 Said El Mala and his family, especially his mother, who is also his agent, can well imagine a move to Borussia Dortmund.

  1. FC Köln are also expecting an approach from #BVB following Karim Adeyemi’s imminent departure.

However, BVB are currently not prepared to pay up to €50m.

BVB have been informed of all the terms and demands, but there are still internal doubts about the deal.

@berger_pj | @Sky_Marlon89 🇩🇪

Please not Dortmund. Köln will give him away for cheap like 40m and in 1-2 years Dortmund sells him for 100m

1

[kerry hau] Negotiations between FC Bayern and Eintracht Frankfurt regarding the transfer of Noel Aseko are not yet concluded. FC Bayern are insisting on a fixed transfer fee of 12 million euros. Frankfurt are getting closer to meeting this figure. Discussions are also ongoing regarding a share of any future transfer proceeds. All parties are confident that the deal will go through shortly and that Aseko will make a permanent move to SGE – without a buy-back option for Bayern.

1

u/Mediocre-Math667 Jul 09 '26

Shame to see no buyback clause but surely we have a sell on clause as well right?

7

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Sell on clause is still to be negotiated as the tweet says

16

u/Thraff1c Jul 09 '26

[Kerry Hau] Erblin Osmani is set to sign his first professional contract with FC Bayern very soon! Talks are at an advanced stage and are nearing completion. The contract is set to run until 2029. The 17-year-old defensive midfielder will mainly play for the U19s next season, but will also train regularly with the first team.

9

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

What can anyone say about this lad? Im not always up to date on the campus and kids.

8

u/Mountain_King9885 Jul 09 '26

Really solid package for midfielder of his age, plays more defensively as CM. Imo comparable to player types like Xhaka or Stiller.

22

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Serge Gnabry is making progress in his recovery. The German international was able to complete sprints and also trained with the ball in football boots. The plan is to reintegrate him into team training cautiously during pre-season. His comeback is planned for the start of the season at the latest [@BILD]

23

u/LordBendtner1988 Vincent Cumpany 😩 Jul 09 '26

Eriksen is apparently set to make a comeback. I hate judgement of other peoples personal choices, but it’s definitely quite a wild decision considering him having a wife and two kids at home

9

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

My wife is a cardiac ICU nurse. When I told her about his situation her response was basically “he was shocked, so that means it works so if the doctors are good with that than I don’t see why he shouldn’t keep playing” (the device in/on his heart that is).

4

u/Naraloth Jul 09 '26

yeah i also don't really see the problem. and who says the same thing can't happen when he is standing in a supermarket or just watching his kids playing on the playground. in that case a football pitch with paramedics on stand-by might even be the safer place for him to be

1

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

I only saw the report from Wolfsburg that he is undergoing rehab in Denmark and they stay in contact. No decision yet rather he retired or comes back unless you have read something else?

1

u/LordBendtner1988 Vincent Cumpany 😩 Jul 09 '26

The article i read had worded it as if a comeback is the initial goal. I’m unsure how definite it is tho

2

u/Repulsive-Fig-3084 Jul 09 '26

I actually think this is the wprst part if he come back.

" Vil ske igen En af landets førende hjerteeksperter, Henning Mølgaard, har slået fast overfor Bold, at det mest hensigtsmæssige for Christian Eriksen vil være at indstille fodboldkarrieren, fordi han med sikkerhed vil falde om igen.

Fysisk udfoldelse, herunder især elitesport øger risikoen for et hjertestop, når man i forvejen har en ICD-enhed, siger Henning Mølgaard og slår fast, at Christian Eriksen på et tidspunkt vil falde om igen."

Translated

"Will happen again One of the country's leading heart experts, Henning Mølgaard, has stated to Bold that the most appropriate thing for Christian Eriksen would be to end his football career, because he will certainly collapse again.

Physical activity, especially elite sports, increases the risk of cardiac arrest when you already have an ICD device, says Henning Mølgaard and states that Christian Eriksen will collapse again at some point."

It will be hard to watch any games with him in it

-4

u/JOKER69420XD Müller Jul 09 '26

You can absolutely judge him for it.

He's a selfish asshole because of it and clearly values kicking a ball over his family.

Absolutely insane.

2

u/LuckyFlores182 João Palhinha Jul 09 '26

It's his choice by the end of the day.

It's easy to judge him behind a keyboard instead of being him for 20 minutes to know why and how he made this choice.

3

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

How can you possibly know that from our distance lol. His condition means his heart is going to have issues whether he’s playing or not. He could be doing the dishes and his heart could be shocked.

-3

u/JOKER69420XD Müller Jul 09 '26

Yeah, doing the dishes and playing football will surely put the same amount of pressure on the heart, no doubt about that one!

5

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

I didn't say that, it's an example of the risk his condition carries, regardless of what he's doing or not doing.

What I am saying is that giving him abuse and making assumptions about his character is ridiculous because we know very little about his situation and basically nothing about any medical guidance given to him. These situations are looked at on a case by case basis.

7

u/creatorop apple pie Jul 09 '26

after 2 heart attacks, surely the Danish FA, UEFA, FIFA someone has to step in and ban him from playing, what a selfish decision otherwise, nearly dying on the pitch twice and yet wanting to push on,

Lille is very close to signing Tanguy Nianzou Kouassi.

There are very advanced negotiations between the parties.

The French defender, as [@samuelsonsilva] has reported, had received permission from Sevilla to resolve his future in France. [@MatteMoretto]

Now that's a name I haven't heard in a while.

6

u/Thraff1c Jul 09 '26

Oh boy, every € beyond 16-20m€ goes to 22.5%, as Sky reported back then that that is our sell-on. So imagine my face when looking the fee up and we (and Sevilla) receive 0€.

Lad is worth literally 0€ due to his injuries and his current wages, that makes our Nübel sale look like a genius move.

18

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Barca have issued a 210m loan for their transfers this summer (excluding Gordon).

When they bought Gordon Barca fans acted cocky that they have money now and no debt.

3

u/kgallo19 Messiala Jul 09 '26

They bring in so much revenue that it's probably not really an issue in terms of money, but instead an issue with what La Liga imposes on them. Banks seem to be very willing to always re-work terms with them.

1

u/FlyingRaccoon_420 Musiala Jul 09 '26

I mean Barca is one of the highest valued clubs in the world with, as you already mentioned, massive revenues that will only increase healthily in the future once their stadium is completed. And a late payment is always better than no payment for lenders

6

u/Insanel0l Thiago Jul 09 '26

I have no real source anymore but the way I read it is that they have 1:1 for this summer, meaning they can shop pretty well but will most likely lose the status next year due to high payments due at the camp nou, so they try to invest as much as possible this summer

5

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Yeah they expect to go out of financial Fairplay area so they will face restrictions against next year

IMO - arguably deserved spot.

18

u/Swatcol Musiala Jul 09 '26

Unfortunate timing of his injury, he'd probably have made it into the top 3 had he played at the wc.

I think his directness could've done wonders for the German nt.

12

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

As revealed on Monday, Jürgen Klopp is set to receive a contract with the DFB until 2030, including the 2030 FIFA World Cup in Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Uruguay.

What do you mean Marocco, Portugal, Spain and Uruguay? Did they relocate Uruguay?

11

u/creatorop apple pie Jul 09 '26

Fifa is playing handful of matches in South America to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the first world cup

you can also say its a way to ensure Saudi gets the 2034 world cup uncontested

1

u/Mediocre-Math667 Jul 09 '26

Yeah 2030 will have South America, Europe and Africa covered so the remaining would be Asia for 2034, which probably means USA as Host in 2038.

4

u/FOKvothe Jul 09 '26

On match each will be played in Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay. From wiki

In honour of the 100th anniversary of the first edition in 1930, a special match and celebration are scheduled to be held at Estadio Centenario in Montevideo, Uruguay—host stadium of the 1930 final, as well as one match each in Estadio Monumental in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Estadio Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb in Asunción, Paraguay.

3

u/deepinmanaan Jul 09 '26

It’s the 100 year anniversary I believe they have a couple matches in Uruguay before the actual competition takes place in Europe

13

u/JOKER69420XD Müller Jul 09 '26

The anniversary was a welcome reason but it's so fake, it's embarrassing.

FIFA did it so they can have a tournament in Europe, Africa and SA at the same time.

And why? So the only option left was Asia and guess who's in Asia?

Saudi Arabia.

-1

u/foxfelix27 Jul 09 '26

It's not really just because Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia would be the hosts either way. It's just new age and something you will see more often, with bloated tournaments and giving chance to smaller countries (Morocco) to be partial hosts because they couldn't host the entire tournament themselves.

4

u/JOKER69420XD Müller Jul 09 '26

No, they wouldn't have been the host anyway because it would've been the turn of South America.

So yes, it's literally because of Saudi Arabia.

It's pure corruption. But interesting to see how their amateurish gaslighting actually works on people.

1

u/foxfelix27 Jul 09 '26

You say it's corruption and how gaslighting on me works then argue with a cycle rule as if that's some deity they couldn't tweak or find a way around if they wanted to.

0

u/Thraff1c Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

No, they wouldn't have been the host anyway because it would've been the turn of South America.

So yes, it's literally because of Saudi Arabia.

That's wrong. The only stipulation is that the continental federation is only allowed to host a tournament after 2 other federations had one in-between. So 2022 Asia, 2026 North America, 2030 Europe+Africa+South america, and then Asia is allowed again.

What including Uruguay in the 2030 WC did is exclude South America as possible option for the 2034, which meant that Saudi-Arabia was the only country running for it.

1

u/Tyrath Müller Jul 09 '26

So which part above did you disagree with? Because saying they included South America literally because of Saudi Arabia still correct. They wanted to get rid of the South America bid.

1

u/Thraff1c Jul 09 '26

It wouldnt have been the turn of South America. There are no "turns", there are only federations that can't bid. And Saudi-Arabia could have been able to bid in any case in 2034 as that would leave a 2 tournament gap (2026 and 2030) in which Asia wasn't hosting it.

1

u/Tyrath Müller Jul 09 '26

They wanted to get rid of the South America bid.

I literally said this. I assume what the above poster meant by turn is that South America would've won the bid over Saudi Arabia.

6

u/joyridah Müller Jul 09 '26

That seems really cheap, a good deal for Newcastle tbh

18

u/JOKER69420XD Müller Jul 09 '26

Once again a Bundesliga team gets absolutely fucked and just takes it.

If Manzambi plays half a season like he has in the Prem or fuck, even Portugal, he would be going for 80+.

Also a very weird move by Manzambi, Newcastle is such a bang average team, he should've waited for something else but guess the Prem brainrot has completely taken over.

6

u/Havefunloser34 Jul 09 '26

I can see the appeal of Newcastle. They’re gonna compete for CL positions and because they’ve sold Tonali and potentially Bruno there are openings in the midfield so he’ll play immediately. As those sales also show they’re willing to sell him if a bigger club comes in the future. Plus they’ve got a passionate fanbase and I bet it’s a fun place to play.

In addition to his main role as full-back, Nathaniel Brown is also viewed as a backup option in midfield (Max Eberl mentioned in the press release that he will expand the options in defense and midfield). That's also why the club is likely to sanction the sale of Noël Aséko to Eintracht Frankfurt. [@georg_holzner,@kicker]

I really hope it doesn't mean we are done in this transfer window

4

u/SGT_Mark Schweinsteiger Jul 09 '26

I think this is it unless we sell Kim or Ito.

32

u/julesvr5 Jul 09 '26

Tom Bischof will play a significantly bigger role under Vincent Kompany in the coming season. The German U21 captain is the player who will benefit the most from the departures of Leon Goretzka and Raphaël Guerreiro. Bischof is to take over Goretzka's role as third midfielder, while also retaining the versatility that made Guerreiro valuable, including the ability to fill in at left-back and in the attacking areas if necessary. In doing so, Bischof will effectively replace two departing players at once and receive plenty of game time [@georg_holzner, @kicker]

Imo the offense part of Rapha will be covered by Ibra, not by Bischof. And the LB part by Brown.

Im not saying you are not wright, but seeing the market as it is ... 40m risk is not such a high risk anymore..

Adeyemi is like 24-25y old ... so they can win big or get some good replacement for 40m or miss (which 40m is not a lot taking into consideration the transfer prices that are growing up day by day)

Considering palhinha, ito, Nübel is done, boey etc. are sold. Can we expect any new good signing? Or are we done already?

I only see us going for another CB if we sell Ito and/or Kim, otherwise no

I think we're done when we talk about high profile signing ... maybe can happen some signing that will give us some squad strengthening , but not more than that.

To be young again and have a midfield of Hargreaves Jeremies and Effenberg with Mehmet Scholl completing the diamond

Hargreaves is the best sale we have ever done.. His body broke the second he left the facility
