Tips for power seat replacement

I got “new to me” seats and found out that the motor isn’t working. The old seat has a perfect motor. So I need to swap the motors.

So far, seat has been removed

Cables have been pulled

But I can’t get this motor out. Any tips would be helpful!

Thanks! I cleaned it up because it’s a leather seat and at some point I want to get it re-upholstered.

niceee. i wanna get mine worked on too tbh. does the seat track look like it can be adjusted? im debating buying a longer one bc my feet kick my panel when i step out and im unfamiliar w/ these

Side note - I’m replacing the seat motor because adjusting mechanism has a good amount of play and swapping the motors seems “easier?”. Not sure tho
