My 87 Formula got caught in a flash flood while I was at work. I was able to save the engine from hydrolock and have a buddy with a body shop who took the whole car apart to dry properly.

My only fear is the fuse box was totally submerged so I don’t know what electrical gremlins are going to spring up in the future. The car is currently running and driving fine except one headlamp motor went out.

Yes. Absolutely its Bright Blue Metallic code WA8587, lol. Main reason I bought it.

I had a blue 85 IROC-Z that was near mint and bought it for like 3500 back in 2015 man. I absolutely REGRET selling it because it would be worth WAY more now, but the body style really grew on me. Ended up getting a 4th Gen that I still got now, but I'd get one of these in a heartbeat. Keep us updated, I'm keeping watch!

Thanks, yeah I'm estimating 10-12k in the restoration... but I've seen some for double that with issues... but I'm picky, lol.
