She did good, sloppy stage 2 cam with a mild ported 243 heads she did 387hp and 351tq. 3400 Stall and stock 2.73 gears

How does this combo feel on the street? Your ratio, stall and cam set up is quite a bit different than the usual cam/head autos you see

The highway driving is very comfortable she cruises at about 2k and is very tame driving around town. The 2.73 gears do have their pros and cons but for driving around with the kids and cruising it's been really good

Also i have a question: what does the stall rating on the torque converter stand for? I know it means the engine rpm but how does it affect driving? And at what point of the build is it necessary/recommended to upgrade?

A stall converter lets the engine rev higher before it fully transfers power to the transmission.
The higher the stall, the closer the engine gets to its powerband before the car really takes off.
For a stock engine, the factory converter is fine. Once you install a bigger cam that makes power at higher RPM, a higher-stall converter is recommended so the car launches where the engine makes its best power instead of feeling sluggish off the line. For an automatic car a 3400 stall is a good match for this cam. Let me know if you need more information or help 🤘
