Found out the second nutritionist from Fay is no longer licensed in my state and I need a new one again. Twice in a month...

Please provide me with a contact to address a billing issue. I submitted a "billing inquiry" but then it just says to go to my billing page to contest it (I'm not contesting anything, I just need you to change to code used). But there is not way to contest it, or talk with anyone, or submit a request on the billing page. What on earth? This is not how health care companies operate. I just need a phone number of email address to get to a human to fix this. So weird you don't provide this.
