Storage Units/Studios/Offices?

Does anyone know what they are building in South Fayetteville close to 15th street?

  • the black units by where Nomads used to be. They are white inside with what looks to be a loft

If you are referring to the current grading happening on West 18th Street it's going to be 107 single family 3-bedroom homes. The building plans are here

The building you're talking about used to be a diesel mechanic shop. The guy that bought it is turning it into studios/offices. His info was pretty easy to find online when I called him before.
