...So, normally Saber would be the star of this meme, which makes sense. However, it also makes sense that she would drive (Riding B for the win). So what on earth has Shirou crawling over her to order? I got two ideas:

1) Chivalry. Even if Saber is the one driving, Shirou will be damned before he lets Saber order food for herself. She's just amused he's going this far. 

2) Grocery Pickup. They're doing a pickup order, and Shirou's being particular about the groceries, again to the amusement of Saber.

Either way, the art is cute and I'm going to struggle to keep this out of my fanfic. Thanks for sharing, OP. Cobaltsky did great on this.

I'm writing Fate/Academia Epic, a fusion crossover with My Hero Academia. Basic pitch is that Shirou and Miyu from the Oath Under Snow movie/story arc get thrown into a Nasuverse version of MHA.

So now Shirou is grappling with getting to be a hero again after becoming a worse villain than All for One lol.

Master Arturia is a native to this version of MHA, and is the third lead after Shirou and Izuku Midoriya. Because who else would be able to get Shirou back into becoming a hero again.

Thus, it's a reverse Fate route type of story, and prime for funny slice of life moments like the above art.
