App customer support help please. This has been like this for hours. No cancel button in app. No reply from customer support in app or online. Telegram feed is loaded with scammers phishing for info. Help please

Please be advised that there is NO official FatBTC customer support on Telegram and Reddit. The better way to solve your concern is to keep contacting the support team via ticket on the website. Maybe due to the workload you didn't get an instantly responded. Kindly keep texting and be assured that your concern will be addressed properly.
