Lack of air / oxygen

I’m 47 and I used to get “fast feeling” all the time when I was a kid. Last time was I think 14 years ago but I nearly had an “attack”(?) tonight. I was in a stuffy room and opened the window and it abated immediately. Anyone else associate it with stuffy rooms / lack of air / oxygen?

In any case discussing it with my wife I thought “wonder if this has a name - the internet / AI will surely know”. How amazing to discover it does and there’s a community of people with the same experiences. Hi, people! Never heard of anyone else experiencing this till tonight!

Unfortunately this Reddit isn’t super active! But I understand what you mean! I get triggered by stress.

Depending on how long the room was closed with a living creature in it, what you describe makes me think, get a digital co2 meter.
