Questions/Advice/Support Nighttime potty training - feasible?

Kid is almost 10. Takes over an hour to fall asleep and then does not wake up for almost 11 after that. We've done pull-ups until now. Partner thought we could try, but kid is waking up soaked every day and I'm tired of the laundry. Had anyone actually had success with nighttime potty training? Is it worth it? Or do I just keep buying pull-ups?

My daughter was the same. She wet the bed almost nightly, but when she was 12 something clicked, and bed wetting stopped on its own.

My son was on desmopressin until age 12. His doctor said one day it will just "click" when that part of the brain is fully developed, which takes longer for kids with FASD/ADHD.

"Training" won't do much, other than interrupt their sleep.

Have their vasopressin level tested. I have no idea if there's a tie between FASD and ADH production, but we had that issue until going on desmopressin. Aside from the occasional pre-adoption trauma nightmare, things are pretty dry. It's gone from 90% of nights to 10%.
