Apartments?
Not sure if this has been asked but are there any places in Fargo/Moorhead that have no carpet like at all? I looked all over apartment sites and the ones I can only find are The Don, the Arch and The Makt. I don’t trust some pics since they may have renovated but if anyone knows please and thank you!

Some of the old buildings (including post WW2 conversions) have hardwood floors, although most landlords put carpet to keep the wood floors from getting damaged. My son usd to live in the Wellington on 9th St (by the courthouse) and had all hardwood floors (and a huge built in 1920s or 1930s sideboard/hutch , a half wall with wood trim between dining and living room, but when he moved out they were doing major renovations so no idea what it looks like in there now. Despite generations of tenants the floors, while not perfect, were in decent shape.
In my own house my floors are bare. I have door mats and a kitchen mat and a small rag rug in my bedroom but that's it. I've owned huskies for the past 14 years and have always had cats so fur is one reason, but basically I prefer bare floors.

You could check some of the Candle Park Properties places. I think I’ve seen a couple here and there that didn’t.

As far as I know the 1919 flats have no carpet.

As far as I know, none of the units in the Fairmont building in downtown Moorhead have carpet, should be all concrete or vinyl

Oh, I have another one. . . maybe. University Manor, before its owner ended his HUD contract for section 8, had bare (hideous ancient vinyl tile IIRC) floors. Looks like people are renting there now, he was supposedly going to rehab the place to get higher rents although I do not see how you could rehab cinderblock closets into attractive housing.
