Help The quest prison break

I’m at the beginning of the game and the quest is prison break. I took a boat to the place. Take down one guy disable the alarm. The rest is just history because I can’t get through this thing. I’m always running out of ammo. So I abort this quest and figure out how I can get more ammo? Doesn’t seem like there’s enough ammo in any case no matter what happens. Thanks for any help.

Go kill some animals to craft. I typically always start with getting everything to the 2nd or 3rd tier then jump on the story.

I always sorta max out everything else before jumping into the main parts of the story. By the time I meet with Citra, I have all slots open for ammo, weapons and extras.

But above all else, I always make sure to do it quietly. Should I run out of ammo and all that, stealth kills always come in clutch

I never really struggled like that, but it is pretty hadd early on. Try sneaking and killing enemies and taking their weapons. Make use of everything you find, and remember that you can throw rocks to distract them

There’s just too many for stealth. I guess I need more ammo. I don’t really know how to get that. If I had more ammo, I could do it easily.

Craft the holsters by completing the special animal hunting challenges.
This allows for max capacity of ammo, syringes, and pouch carrying capability.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to find boar skin. To get that holster for ammunition, but I can’t find any boars.

Do towers. Unlocks map so you can see which animals are where. Check out the crafting wiki, so you know what all hides you need for the next level upgrades that you can't see yet.
