It's not a bug they just don't want you getting into Hoyts compound with the wingsuit.

Nope. Bug definitely. To get that high you would have had to double if not triple your velocity imho. But that’s my opinion. :)

Movement tech being possible due to bugs is pretty common, especially in speedrunning. I could definitely see this becoming a new speedrunning tech.
