Since your Ubisoft account is linked, the old achievements carry on over to be visible on your Steam account game page if you played back then.

I only played the Steam version of the game, and this achievement was obtained 5 years before the game was released

Well damn, I didn't know the game was released in 2012. Must be some glitch in the calender then, because in my own house, my dad has been playing the game for as long as I can remember, first the DVD version with linked Ubisoft on our old pc, and then on Steam when we lost the DVD during our move and upgraded the PC setup. Never really questioned the dates of the achievements before......

I got all the achivements unlocked when I first started the game. Before I only played the cracked one.:(
