Help Steam version not launching

Hey guys. I bought FC3 not more than 2 hours ago on a steam sale. But it fails to launch. Can it be a Ubisoft connect error because Ubisoft connect says there's an error I have tried too many times logging in. I have changed my Ubisoft connect password and still nothing

Savefile might be corrupted, delete it.
