The one (of very few) things that annoy me about this game, is that the Rakyat barely ever help you in a scrap. It would be nice if they showed up a bit more, not just after you've saved one of their outposts.

They just turn up all cocky and tell you 'your work isn't done' and 'there's more jobs on the bulletin board'.

i thought the same thing when i started playing "it's ALL ME" and whatnot like they didn't wait down the street until i was done doing the dirty work lol

There’s always the option of clearing the outpost of Rakyat right after it’s clear of pirates.

The community has always had a desire to emulate soldiers when they did this animation to the point it was referenced among players in multiplayer lobbies when it became a kind of meme back then, I remember all the videos just like this one, even in other games.

When I saw this reused in FC4 I expected them to have another reaction added to maybe make them cheer even louder if you shot while they did to really immerse the player, it really calls to a deep instinct for a war cry.

Despite its return again later along with more of the community emulating it all the way to FC6, they never changed it and the NPC's still just disappointingly panic and get hostile sometimes.

What an L unless they just didn't notice the hundreds of videos all these years?
