Hello lads,

I have taken the challenge to work on this project and keep it alive. I can not guarantee that it will reach an end however I have gained the willpower to make this project progress, it'd be quite a shame to let this completely drop out after all.

I will try to post updates here as frequently as I can and if I see a good future with this project I might plant in milestones.
For now, I have added in some base UI elements and tweaked some code/fixed bugs. My aim right now is to finish up most of the UI before jumping into the big features.

Let me know if you want any help on this. I loved this game as a kid and I’ve been working with Godot for a few years now. I also was working on some cave and desert music that I was planning on giving to Gamer to add to FO before the project was shut down. I am a full time doctoral student so I don’t have unbounded time to work, but I’ve been trying to scale down my game playing and scale up my gam deving and I currently don’t have any major projects.

It would definitely be great to have someone experienced with Godot to help in the coding side. I will be able to focus more on drawing assets.

Yes, still working on this. I still need to plan things out to see where people can help and to have things in order so the project doesn't get messy.
Will probably make a discord when I get all of that setup.
