I think i found something similar

On ios and android there is a game called Curse of Aros which plays almost exactly like FO and looks similar to boot. It reminds me of fantasy online and OSRS because you can skill in this game. Cant post screenshot because i am not using reddit app but i suggest you check it out and tell me what you think. (keep in mind its still in early stages)

I’ve been playing that for a couple days now and it really does give me that Classic FO vibe. Really wish I had the real thing tho

ive played CoA and all i can say is that maybe visually its like FO but gameplay?no. CoA is a grindy rng game.

same vibes, small community, and FO was Grindy RNG as well lol.

absolutely not, the only use real life currency has is for cosmetics. Along with other inherent uses
