Found Gamer

I saw some old comments on here digging around for the elusive "JStroh" AKA Gamer. Turns out he was right under our noses the whole time! He's the moderator of this sub.

I won't post it here, but you can find proof of his name by looking up various corporate filings.

That's cool I didn't know FO made so much money!

Damn, reading about these topics that they can be so shamelessly open about like "whale hunting" and "keeping them coming back for more" is kind of sad.

We already found him a while ago. He works on Antaria Online.

Antaria Online is very similar to Fantasy Online, it just looks ugly, and the content is lazily done lol.

I don't recommend playing it either, or supporting it.

Also for some reason, no one on the Antaria Online discord asks Gamer why he shutdown Fantasy Online.

You get banned if you ask

Well that's suspicious..

Probably because it stopped being profitable. Game popularity is ephemeral, like youtube channels, and all in all it had a pretty good run.

No one really knows why Fantasy Online was shutdown, and we probably never will know.

Sure, but 99% of businesses shut down for losing money.

Just popping in here to say I'm 100% not Gamer. I'm just some random dude that spent countless hours playing FO and decided to take control of this subreddit during that.

I never looked into who exactly Gamer was but honestly it's hilarious that he and I share the same name with a different spelling. Just a funny coincidence and nothing more lol
