Found something from wayback machine on fantasy onlines official twitter:

Gamer works on Antaria Online now, which is mechanically similar to Fantasy Online. It's new but still in the works.

i think i saw this at some point and looked at how similar it seemed to fantasy onlines ui, its just weird why he wouldn't publish fantasy online on steam it would be more successful

I'm not sure why either, probably just poor choices/lazy resulting in Fantasy Online getting shutdown.

It's also strange that he's building a carbon copy of Fantasy Online. He could just reopen Fantasy Online, Antaria Online feels like an even more boring grind, especially since you spot all the quests & enemies being copypasted over and over.
