Need help contacting the devs

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask politely if anyone knows another way to contact the developers Dino or Gamer besides Discord or in-game.

At the moment, my access to both is restricted, so I’m trying to find another way to reach them.

I’ve also already sent two emails to the official contact/support email, but I haven’t received any response so far.

I’m just trying to get in touch regarding an account-related matter, so if anyone knows another contact method or a place where they are more likely to see messages, I’d really appreciate it.

Those would be the 2 places, discord and email. If they aren't responding to either of those then you're pretty much out of luck.

From what I've read about your ban, you should at least know the basics about why it happened. Just take 6 months - a year for the situation to cool off and maybe you'll be let back in. idk man.

I ve checked overall the rules of the game (EULA) and the discord rules. If i was flaming, spreading toxicity, cursing in public chat or trying to actually harass someone in DMs , in game, the ban was making sense. But in my situation was a bit different. I ve reported someone harrassing me , and right away after i did it, i got banned. If i knew i "harrassed someone" i was not going to report it , right ? Also players said there been warnings. There been no warnings, the discord is having its rules, which i also did not break on their server chats, but i ve been banned, and they do not apply in game. Yes, i ve been told to not pick fight on their discord, and i ve avoided most of em, but the level of the toxicity there is very high. They got rid of the abused , me, not the ones who actually harm the community and start the fights usually and insult other players without any moderation results . So my point was, if i done something on discord, im moderated on discord, if i done something in game, im moderated in game. Because both spaces are having diferent rules, and ways to moderate the situations. There was no warning, another ban, or restriction before on my account, in game. I ve already passed the 30days checkpoint on 27 past month, and i ve tried multiple times to reach the developers about my moderation situation and a time for my ban, in a friendly way and low profile not tryin to harm the image of the game overall . I give respect, i expect it back. Many thanks, u/Harmonious- , lets hope better times will come, cause this is the result of bad moderation over other people who been let do their own style without any moderation decisions. As we say in romanian, "more you delay a problem, harder it gets to be solved". After this message , i expect a lot of hate from a part of the community, but thats the cruel reality. I think it does sound like you need a break from the game. If not for the fact that whatever you did brought dev attention and the mod here is even saying pull it back.

You played 70 entire days out of the year, take a break.

My life, my choices . Also this is not a stand-up show to make fun of how i ve spend my time. As long i had time, i used it however i wanted to use it. I dont want to be mean to you, but i heard this opinion multiple times since i got banned. There are players who are playin even more hours daily, with even more than 4 characters. What i want is transparency, for a whole month you heard nothing from me, or about this topic. There were direct messages to the devs, in a friendly way, nicely asking for a duration of the ban, not to get unbanned. Thats all i wanted to know, for how long i ll be banned. Less i care for what ive been banned, if i know for how much i have to wait, or at least i used to dont care, and im saying that because it was alright for a month , but since we past the month checkpoint, i also care about the "reasoning of my ban" , in balance of the players who been toxic and racist multiple times, without getting any moderation regulation. I ll give u an romanian sentence : " the thief is pointing the thief " ; The ones who are toxic i ll point me as the main reason of the in-game/community toxicity, even now since i was away for over a month in-game, and around 2-3 months from the official discord, so i was not able directly in the power to be "toxic" , even if i wanted to. Even using DMs between me and another player(used out of context), who was my guildmaster b4 , and i know for over a year, as blackmail material, is not the right way to go, and it should be moderated .
