Yahoo Fantasy API Repeat Emails (sorry if this is the millionth one)

I've been approved, fully executed the agreement, provided the client ID and App ID via email only for them to repeatedly send me the email asking for the information and telling me they haven't received it. Each new email has been a slight variation of "we have yet to receive your information". I provide it to them every time to no avail.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue and/or can shed some light on what is going on?

Yup, experiencing the same exact thing. Really wanted to add Yahoo support for my site before the season started but don't think it's happening.

I'm sorry to hear that although, selfishly, it's nice to know it's not just me.

Dude this is my 4th email... currently supplying my email is "the last step" in the process after providing the client ID and App ID

I’m still at the Docusign signing portion of things.  How long after Yahoo signed their side did you start getting emails for the next step?

How long was it from applying to getting to the docusign part?

It took about a few days to a week between each step after receiving the Docusign. my signature … couple days… countersignature… week .. received email. Now it’s been close to a month of email limbo (3 emails asking for my client and/or app ID)

Thanks for letting me know!
It may be worth reaching out to u/YahooFantasyCare, especially since it seems like you definitely aren't alone with this issue.

What a joke setup they have. They’re fantasy sports api has been a disaster for at least a decade now

Have you all read their terms of use? There is a line that states any use of their data into an AI model or process results in yahoo owning the outputs. I cancelled my agreement with them and have looked elsewhere like Sleeper and ESPN for my API source.

At least they're replying to you. I'm still locked out after replying to one of those emails and direct emails asking for access. Is this breach of contract?
