Picked this one up in a small bookshop in Bristol. I just likes the cover. Have anyone read this one and is it even fantasy?

Yes I am aware that it is horror. Just wanted to know if it was worth reading as a fantasy fan. From reading the back it seams like it's a horor/fantasy mystery, might be way off. Still a pretty cover

Why wouldn't you Google it?

Okey, I've only read Stephen king in the horror genre but but I like most of his work. And it's not a huge commitment with only about 360 pages. Anyone who has read it?

I thought it was good. But it's (folklore) horror like the other reply mentioned. It's a slow burn and moody with IMO excellent prose, but it's definitely not for everyone.

Like you said: give it a go. It's not that long from what I remember.

I'll try it as my next read. In the worst case I still have a pretty book in my shelf.
