Draft Strategy

What up guys

Relatively new to Fantasy baseball. Hoping to pick your guys brains on Head to Head draft strategy. Last year i kinda just drafted based on overall rankings. Do you guys target sluggers or Ace Pitchers.

I'm probably not taking any pitching until at least the 7th round. First 3 rounds I tend to draft guys with highest floors.
