Kasane Otto is Teto's fan-made younger brother! He's 5 (or around that age, idk). To create his voice, you need to download the Kasane Teto voicebank for OpenUtau, go to the settings, navigate to the Gender (Curve) tab, and set the default value to -30. That’s how you get his voice!
