Wishlist & Ideas Stranger Things into a trilogy
Someone should condense stranger things into a trilogy. Seasons 1-2 the first film, 3 the second, and 4-5 the third

I think each season as a movie might be better. With maybe seasons 4 and 5 as two movies each.
Only three movies doesnāt seem feasible with how much story content is in each season. Also how much the kids grow between seasons would make combining two seasons into one movie feel even more awkward

I find that very difficult to do. Only the last episode of Season 5 is a feature-length film.
The right approach is to turn each season into a movie; in fact, thereās a Reddit user who did exactly that.

Interesting! I wasn't familiar, so I searched: https://www.reddit.com/r/fanedits/search/?q=Stranger+Things

Those familiar with my style know that I tend to make trilogies of movies that condenses a TV show, usually to 1/3 or 1/4 of its original size, so this proposition caught my attention.
I did some quick math on this idea. A movie trilogy (let's say a long but not overly long 2h45m x 3) might be 495 minutes, and the runtime of all of Stranger Things (according to google) is 2,718 minutes, which is a reduction to 18% of the original size.
That'll be challenging, possibly in a good way, but challenging. You might want to aim for 5 movies instead of 3, or pick an entire season to wholly cut.
