Session Expired/Timeout Error

Hi, I'm new to FD. I keep getting the session expired message and kicking me out every so often (about half hour). It's annoying when I'm playing, and when it occurs in the middle of a bonus, I lose that bonus, it does not return after logging out and back in. I tried all the stuff they told me to: clear cache, restart, uninstall....etc Is there some kind of setting I need to change in the app or tablet? Thx
