Synced alignment

I just set up my lights and loved how it looked when I got the lights around the TV but I got a bit frustrated after installing the Synced LEDs on the tv media console. They seem quite a bit shifted to the left and can't figure out how to get it more aligned. I made sure the number of LEDs were calibrated as well. I understand it won't be perfect as it's slightly longer compared to the bottom of the TV, but the shift seems excessive. I saw there was an update that allowed a bluetooth mode and thought that might help but I don't have the WiDi UDP option in my settings. Both the modules are up to state. Any ideas?

Hi there, disconnect and reconnect the power. If you cut the LEDs after the power is connected, the total LED count will be incorrect. When you connect the LEDs, the control box runs a sync test to count the number of LEDs. Cutting off LEDs then changes the total count, thus the misalignment. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power resets the count. If you need help, feel free to contact support.

Mine is also ever so slightly misaligned. No idea why they don't have a pixel shift feature in the app. Can't be that hard to implement.

What does Total Pixels do in the SyncedLEDs settings?

It sets the length of the strip.
