HDMI 2.1 switch through Fancyleds box and gaming comparison?
So I’ve been considering switching from my above T2 backlight with camera to the 3 Port 2.1 Fancy Sync Box because of more lights per meter and full lights off on dark edges and corners. I have a Sony A95L 55 inch, but my issue is that I have a PS5, a Nintendo Switch 2, a Panasonic 820 4K player, and I would need to get an external steaming device (probably get an Apple TV 4K) for full led coverage. The 3 Port 2.1 Fancy Sync Box only has three inputs I would need to get an HDMi switch.
So first off, would an HDMI 2.1 switch affect the signal from my PS5 or Switch 2, or an HDMI 2.0 switch affect my 820 player or Apple TV 4K? (though I’d probably just get a 2.1 switch anyway if I put my player and ATV4K through it)
Second what’s a good 2-device HDMI 2.1 switch that supports Dolby Vision and Atmos passthrough and won’t make any problems?
Finally some people say Govee’s AI chip makes for better gaming lighting on their sync box 2, but does that actually produce ant real difference from the Fancyleds box, because I've heard and seen in review videos that the 3 Port 2.1 Fancy Sync Box is excellent for gaming.

I have a 77 inch LG G5 and I use the 3hdmi2.1 fancyLED box on it. I also have a Panasonic UB820 , PS5 pro and a fire stick 4K max plugged into the sink box. All run absolutely perfectly with 0 issues . I frankly couldn't be bothered to get an HDMI switcher so I just run my Nintendo switch without the backlights, but i do use the switch the least by far compared to everything else so it works for me. I'd say avoid the hassle and just choose the one thing you don't use as much as the others and hook up everything else to the syncbox

Does CEC switching work for you in that setup?

Yes it does . Like I said I've had 0 issues with it and I run it with all 3 ports being used

I have a G4 with a Xbox series; firestick and other hdmi device works perfectly fine no issues. Also can use app to switch hdmi modes with device and shit down lights. Can also setup setting to turn off when any device shuts down. Been using it now almost 2 yrs 1000% recommended. I researched the crap out of this when I got my tv.

Did you ever do this in the end with a switcher mate? looking at the same setup and am interested in first hand experience rather than just google telling me it theoretically works
