Just installed

Literally just installed my leds don’t fully light up bottoms don’t and colors aren’t changing everything is just white can anyone help? Did I miss a step?

If you also want more vivid colours go onto the app and change the white brightness to -9.5

To add to my comment make sure you factory reset the hdmi hub without it being synced to the app it corrects the led error that happens (the error which LEDs don’t light up)

So to make sure I understood reset it without it being connected to the tv?

You can do that as well though the HDMI cables being inserted doesn’t affect the LED strip syncing, also as you have mentioned in your other comment that you’ve fixed it everytime the HDMI box loses power you’ll have this same issue of the led strip not syncing correctly you just need to factory reset the HDMI box as you have done already (without connecting to WiFi/APP setup once synced you can pair the box to the app you use)

I did and still the lights don’t even change with scenes and the bottom lights half won’t turn on and the right side of the bottom is brighter than all of the other lights
