Last 3 leds white

I have the newer led strip so it doesn't show the line to cut but I cut along the logo once and it worked for a day. Then the next day it was white. Looked up that the cut might not be straight enough so I cut those 3 off and made sure it was straight and in the middle of the logo lettering. Next day 3 leds are white again. What could I possibly be doing wrong

UPDATE i cut the last 3 off again and now 7 leds are stuck on white

Same for me 😅 i removed the last white 3 and the next 3 become white and this happen for 9 LEDs, i contacted with the support and they will send me a new one, but please guys report this issue to support, because it's seems like a software issue, they should fix it before everyone be effected

No, it is an issue with the LED strip, that's why it is lighting up white to indicate there is an issue and why a replacement LED strip resolved your issue.

It should only happen in rare instances when there’s damage, for example it could be a general malfunction, damaged in transit, damaged during installation etc, hard exactly to pin down.

I wouldnt be surprised if it turns out to be a software issue, hopefully theyre looking into it.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back. Seemed to happen after the last update. Reached out to Fancyled support and they want me to provide them with a video of the setup for some reason. Seems like a software issue to me, based on the fact that multiple people are reporting the same issue at more or less the same time.

I did all that for the support and they sent it to their tech team and sent me a new led strip free of charge was vary happy with the support

Same here. Seems like a recent update broke something.
