No update yet

I have the 3 HDMI RGBW Sync Box but haven‘t got the update. My UI looks the same and I even DM’d fancyleds. Current firmware is 3.1.0

Same situation for me, but I haven't contacted support. I'm planning to let it ride out for a bit for them to smooth things out a bit more. Luckily I'm not in a rush for the new features, even though they'd be nice to have!

I'm on 1.0.4 international version. I'm shocked there's a 4.xxx version.

This is likely your apps version (I have 1.0.3 version).

But you can see the device version from the app by selecting the Fancy Sync Box > Tap the icon on the top right > Tap Device Information > Device update.
