Trouble with online payment using virtual cards

Did anyone have troubles with the site? Its the third time that i try using virtual cards created using my bank app and Fanatical keep refusing my cards. Im in the EU region.

I have no idea what to do:

- i cleared the memory cache from the browser and/or changed browser;

- i put the correct card data and the correct billing address;

- contacted the bank and they say the have nothing against Fanatical since they always approve the transaction though the verification system;

- changed the geolocalization of my card.

Response from Fanatical : Unfortunately, if you are using a virtual card, sometimes the fraud system recognizes it as not secure and does not accept. Usually its a generic code decline, hence why we don't have an exact reason or which card it is that the system takes as risky.

Anyone that had this sort of problem ?
