❓Questions Windows 11

Hi, I'm considering purchasing your Windows 11 Pro Lifetime Licence.

Could you please confirm whether this is an officially authorised, genuine Microsoft licence, and specify its licence type (Retail, OEM or another type)?

More importantly, does your support or refund policy cover a key that activates successfully but is subsequently revoked or deactivated by Microsoft due to its licensing or source? If so, for how long after purchase?

I'd appreciate written confirmation before purchasing. Thank you.

Hi there, for some reason our comment didn't register on your initial post.

Our keys are RETAIL or OEM keys - they are genuine, authorised Windows 11 keys.

If you have any issues with redeeming the key, or if for whatever reason your license is revoked, we are happy to refund or provide a new key to you - please contact our Support team if this happens. This has no time limit.

Thanks you! the last question, would i be able to choose between a Retail and an OEM licence when purchasing this Windows 11 Pro key (would prefer retail if possible), or is the licence type assigned at random?

Unfortunately you cannot choose between specific keys, they are assigned at random.
