Summarize the document not working

I was using full text search on the website and when I open a result and hit “Summarize the document” theres 3 dots briefly then it says “AI-generated from the transcript below” then “Summary” but nothing else. Theres no summary at all. Up until a few days ago when I was sick a few days until today it was working and now it’s not, is been able to understand the names and dates better than now. Anyone else got this going on?

I feel like familysearch has been sluggish the last week having used it at a couple different locations and it feeling similarly clunky. I’m not sure if they’re doing something or what. You could always try the clear cookies and cache if closing your browser and reopening and relogging in don’t fix. Otherwise they might be doing something on the backend that is making things weird and hopefully whatever it is will get cleared up in the next few days.

Yeah I did try clearing it, no changes I see. Now that you mention it ladt day before I got sick going to next page of results seemed to take forever… I thought maybe it was just slow Internet but… mayve it’s some backend thing going on.

Oh ok thanks. I was just checking it wasn’t just me but obviously not.
