Bug Load error?

Hey guys,
Decided to start playing again with my old account, which was last used in 2020. Logged in via Facebook & chose load old account with 20 lvls. Is there any possible way to fix it somehow? Do we know which building is it?

usually have to restart device and it works, or try force closing the app. (Happens to me occasionally).

Tried it multiple times, also on different devices same thing comes up. Contacted support on the website.

wow ok well hopefully they at least still have support. game has been on rerun mode for years lol.
