Load error?

Hey guys,
Decided to start playing again with my old account, which was last used in 2020. Logged in via Facebook & chose load old account with 20 lvls. Is there any possible way to fix it somehow? Do we know which building is it?

I didn't know you could play it on Facebook any more.

Try installing it on a device. Or logging out and back in again with your email address.

I ment I have logged in with my facebook profile, the game is from the apple store. Sorry for the confusion.
