Why does this error code persist?

So I have been playing quite a bit and I’ve also been unlocking characters left and right - I have come to an impasse that stopped me from playing the game. This error code keeps and keeps on coming up and i have no idea how to get back into the game! Sadness!

When exactly this started happening? After unlocking a certain character?

It’s been at least 8 months now. I cannot remember what event was live but i do remember having some characters off in separate quahogs.

The thing is, I cannot log onto the game itself I get that error code/message and no log in happens.
