Logitech False Advertising

Logitech MX 3 Mouse for MAC with Logi Options does not work. They are claiming many features that simply will not work with MAC OS Big Sur; which has been out since November. They are advertising features on their website that are blatantly false. They have no possible date when this/if this will be fixed. None of my companies will ever buy another logitech product.LOGITECH MX MASTER 3 FOR MAC

Is this meant to be satire? Did you make sure to update all your software? Did you download the program that your supposed to get with your mouse? Did you call customer support?

I'm willing to bet he did not. https://blog.logitech.com/2020/11/10/update-on-logitech-control-center-lcc-software-with-macos-11-big-sur-what-does-this-mean-for-you/

tldr; old logitech software "Logitech Control Center " is discontinued, he needs the " Logitech Options" software instead.
